Coach Felicia has worked with leaders from Fortune-10 companies to not-for-profits in building and developing the tools to make their environments more inclusive. Her coaching and mentoring programs have resulted in nearly 45% of participants being promoted during their participation.
Certified in various coaching tools such as the EQ-i 2.0®️, the Intercultural Development Inventory®️ and Print®️ Strategies assessments, she uses these, and other proven coaching methods, to help others create awareness of the mindsets and attitudes that keep them from leading or working together with equity and respect.
CONSULTING
As a consultant, Coach Felicia partners with clients to identify the challenges in their development that affect their ability to lead with inclusion, transparency and maximum impact. She provides leaders and their teams with the frameworks for dealing the processes, systems and practices that create exclusion. Through examining “how” an organization works, she identifies the needed actions and changes that will close the gap between their real and ideal states.

An award-winning speaker, she was voted North America’s Next Greatest Speaker out of over 1,000 contestants in 2012.
